Have you tried to replace the batteries?
If your sound buttons beep or play not full, please replace the batteries. Here is a quick video reminder of when to change the batteries.
For instructions, please refer to the back cover.
If changing the batteries didn’t help, please send us the following:
1. Etsy ** order number (within 30 days of purchase)
2. Clear photo of the book's back and front covers
3. Video recording of all sounds
** If the book was bought elsewhere (not from Etsy) please contact the shop directly.
